I bought the domain rageroombusiness.com but never verified the ICANN. I am trying to do so now but my wordpress account/username shows nothing and links to verify are all expired and it’s as if it doesn’t exist.

    Hello there,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Since the domain wasn’t verified, it was suspended, which is why you couldn’t see the option to re-verify it.

I have sent a verification email again to the email address you have added to the domain contact information.

Please let us know if you’re able to verify the domain and make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email in your inbox.

For now, I have set the default WordPress.com subdomain as primary so that you can access and manage your site while verifying the domain without any unexpected errors.

Once the domain is verified, you can re-set it as primary by visiting My Sites -> Upgrades -> Domains. You can refer to this guide to learn more.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Glad to hear that you were able to verify the domain!

I have reviewed the domain, and it’s great to see that it has been verified successfully.

Are you checking the domain with this WordPress.com account?

If so, it appears that the domain isn’t available with this account. It’s associated with another WordPress.com account, although the domain contact information’s email matches this WordPress.com account email.

If you have forgotten the email address, I can share it with you by sending it to another email address.

Let us know if you need help with this.

@tanjidrahat is it possible to help me with the same issue? I had a very old email address attached to lennoxheadheritage.com and now have no way to access the ICANN email, I’ve changed my contact email on the domain but that process asks for verification from the old email address that I don’t have and I’m getting nothing through to erikajoytaylor@gmail. Desperate for help. Erika
