ICANN VERIFICATION
-
Dear [Support Team],
I am experiencing a critical issue with my domain spitaronamykonos.com. I recently received an email requesting domain contact verification, but I have been unable to complete the process. Attempts to resend the verification email have failed, and I am not receiving any verification code.
As a result, my website is now offline, making it appear as though my business does not exist. This is already impacting my clientele, with guests assuming my property is closed. This situation is unacceptable and is causing financial and reputational damage to my business.
Please fix this issue immediately and send me the verification code so I can restore my website as soon as possible.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Best regards

however the ai bot says I need to pay in order to contact support while the issue is theirs… I have a screenshot proving that they can’t send me the verification code and my website has been offline for more than 3 months because of this

ICANN-verfication is fully the responsability of the domain owner.
You created the account greatchaosf3f6c34c04 only 1 hour ago, so it cannot own the much earlier registred domain spitaronamykonos.com which was registered already back in april 2024.
Log out from current greatchaosf3f6c34c04 and log in again to the account owning that domain; perhaps greatchaos?
