ICANN verification
-
I was renewing my site and had to use a new credit card as my old one was compromised, and while the payments went through an ICANN verification was sent to an email address I can no longer access. it won’t let me update my contact info until I verify – I think my secondary email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) for verification is the email that works through wordpress so that seems to be suspended as well.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am asked for an ICANN verification for a professional email. I do not need or want an email for my blog but I don’t know how to cancel this. In the meantime, my blog has been suspended. Can you please help me solve this?

If you are unable to access the email used to verify your domain, you can update the contact information which will send a new email to the updated email address.
You can update the contact information from your site’s dashboard under Upgrades > Domains. Then select the domain you wish to update and under Contact Information update the email address. We also have a great help document on this process here:
Domain owners are required to provide current and valid contact information. If the information you provided when you first registered your domain is no longer accurate, you can update it following the steps in this guide. Important Notes Registrants can choose to use the same email as their WordPress.com account or a different email. Please do not use an email associated with the domaHope this helps!
