ICANN verification email

  Hi, I’m waiting for the icann confirmation email but I do not appear to be receiving it. I’ve checked my spam folder etc. however there’s no sign of it. Can you advise me as to how long this will take?

  Hey there,

  The ICANN verification email is generally sent within a couple of hours of domain registration. I have also just resent the verification email for you manually. Please ensure that you are checking the correct email address, as it may differ from your account email.

  You can find your domain’s contact information by visiting Upgrades > Domains > [your domain] > Contact information.

  I am running into the same issue of not receiving the ICANN email verification with my account as well. Can you please help troubleshoot this issue as well?

  I’ve just resent your domain verification email.
  
  Please make sure to check your spam folder and please also double-check the email address where this email is being sent. You can check this at Upgrades > Domains > [your domain] > Contact information.
