ICANN Verification email not verifying (name servers)
-
Hello,
I’m trying to change the name servers on my site.
I send the verification email to my primary email, and click verify. It takes me to a website which says I’ve verified.
However, when I go back to my domains and try and change the name server I get this message again:
“You must verify your email address through the ICANN verification email before you are able to update the name servers for your domain.
Resend ICANN Verification Email”
Any suggestions on what I need to do?

So, just to be clear, you are getting the verification email and clicking the link. But it is still telling you that you are not verified?

Sorry, just to be clear: I’ve gotten the verification and clicked the link at least 4 times. And it is still telling me I’m not verified. :(

Hello there!
Could you please tell me where you’re seeing the note that your domain hasn’t yet been verified? I’m not showing that your domain is unverified.
Click this link, please:
https://thenewneweconomy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domainsThen click Edit Domain → Name Servers. Are you still seeing the error?
Let me know if I can assist with the name server adjustments. Thanks much!

Hey :)
That link showed I have confirmed my email.
I was using the link to “named servers” from here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/
Must have jumped me to the wrong spot :/
Thanks for showing me this!
