ICANN Verification email not verifying (name servers)

    Hello,
    I’m trying to change the name servers on my site.

    I sent the verification email to my primary email and clicked verify. It takes me to a website which says I’ve verified. I’ve gotten the verification and clicked the link at least 4 times and it’s still telling me I’m not verified.

    When I go back to my domains and try and change the name server I get this message again:

    “You must verify your email address through the ICANN verification email before you are able to update the name servers for your domain.

    Resend ICANN Verification Email”

    I already try to repeat the process by accessing the link: doutzenkroesbrasil.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains , but nothing changed.

    Any suggestions on what I need to do?

    Hi there,

    I just checked your domain and I see that the email is verified and you were able to update the domain’s name servers. (It sounds like the verification just needed a little more time to take effect.)

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
