  If you have a wordpress.com blog then there is a collection of themes you can use here ->Dashboard -> Presentation -> Themes

  And this one is on page 2 Iceburgg

  A blue and white holiday theme with a custom header and three widget columns at the bottom. Tags: custom header, winter, blue, two columns, fixed width
