  Where can i find the “Tool” icon to delete my wordpress. Nothing explains how I can come there.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  ‘Tools’ is a menu item on your dashboard, it appears near the bottom, just above ‘Settings.’ Are you able to find the ‘Delete Site’ link under ‘Tools’? A

  If not, are you logged in as the owner or administrator of the blog?

  Deletion is permanent, though, so make sure you consider the other options that article suggests, if there’s any chance you might change your mind later.
