IconCube Loader Not Found

  I am getting the following errors when I tried to install some plugins that I have a lifetime key for;

  AliDropship plugin alert: Error! ionCube Loader Loader not found. Alidropship plugin can’t be activated. Please check instructions .

  Social Rabbit Plugin

  Can anyone help me get this IconCube installed or perhaps someone form WordPress to install it for me? I am totally lost on this for sure and need serious help.
