Icons appearing as squares!

  Hi WP staff,

  I’m in the early stages of designing my website but I’m having an issue with menu on mobile view – ITBfootball.com.

  On the mobile view in theme editor, I’m trying to use the icon of three small horizontal lines [think an = symbol with one more line below the second one] for the menu but it’s just appearing as a blank square all the time. I can’t get any support from Themegrill who provide the theme.

  Any help from you would be hugely appreciated.
