Icons with Text

  I am trying to add text next to each icon. I can add breaks to make the list appear vertically, but would like the list to appear as follows:
  LinkedIn Icon LinkedIn (Text)
  Facebook Icon Facebook (Text)
  Etc.

  Here is the code I have for the icons only.
