Icons Won’t Display

  The icons for Instagram and Facebook won’t display on my site. They are located in the top bar and currently just have a circle with question mark and exclamation point inside the circle. I also have a feature to switch my page to dark mode and instead of the moon icon it is also showing the circle with the question mark and exclamation point inside. How do I get the icons to show?
