I'd like a refund and can't get to the 'store' page

    Hi,

    Previously asked here

    I’ve just had a receipt for domain mapping for littleredtarot.co.uk – I’d like to cancel this, I didn’t receive any pre-warning this was to be taken from my account so would like a refund.
    I clicked on the link to ‘store’ from the support article but it took me to a 404 on a different site. WP.com has changed a lot since I was last here and I can’t find anything, I’d like to remove domain mapping from any of my own personal sites (or at least disable auto-renew so this doesn’t happen again.)

    If you could send the refund and cancel mapping for littleredtarot.co.uk that would be awesome.

    I have canceled the upgrade and processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

    I also notice that you have auto-renewal setup for lunalovestarot.co.uk Domain Mapping. Would you like to continue with that as an active upgrade?

    lunalovestarot can stay – that’s a site I built for a friend and it’s still going strong.
