I'd like a 'Title Page', then my blog Posts to just carry on on subsequent pages

  At the moment, the page that I thought would always be ‘first’ (a title page) is treated as a Post and goes to the end of the queue. Putting the Posts in reverse order isn’t really what I want to do – I want that first ‘statement page’ and then subsequent Posts to be as normal, the latest being the first one you see (after the Title Page!).

  Also, I would like to place the name of my site on top of the header picture. I’ve seen it done on Sundance Theme so I know it’s possible but I can’t see how to do it.
