I'd like to cancel a domain purchase

    I hired domain univalenews.com.br by wordpress.com and would like to cancel, you can not only through the panel because it says that the domain was not hired by wordpress.com

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Then, click Cancel and Refund, and follow the steps given to you.

    Some information for you about canceling your domain:

    If we cancel your newly-registered domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

    However, if you don’t want this domain at all, you can cancel it for a full refund if you purchased it within the last two days. To cancel the domain, go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. Locate the domain you want to cancel in the list, and click on the Cancel and Refund link near to it.

    This cannot be undone, so please follow the on-screen instructions carefully before you confirm the cancellation.

    If you still see an error message when you attempt to cancel your domain, please give me permission to take this action for you. I can cancel and give you a refund. Please remember this is permanent, and irreversible.

    Hello again,

    I see what is occurring. Your registration is still pending, so the system is not allowing you the ability to cancel. In fact, it’s not even allowing me to cancel it yet.

    Here’s what I’ve done: I disconnected your domain univalenews.com.br from your WordPress.com site, univalnews.wordpress.com. Then, I refunded your purchase price. When the domain is no longer pending, I will permanently cancel the domain and send you confirmation.
