    I’d like to close my account and separate my domain, thecarcaddies.com from WordPress

    Hi there,

    Your domain, thecarcaddies.com, is registered through GoDaddy.com, not us, so it has no connection at all to your WordPress.com account.

    But I see you have a site with us that used to be on our Business Plan where you had plugins or a custom theme installed.

    Before you can delete that site, we’ll first need to properly downgrade it back to the free plan. This will remove all plugins and third party themes you still have installed, and there is also a risk that any content you added since you first installed plugins may be lost during this process.

    Even if you plan to delete the site, please confirm that you understand this if you want us to proceed with this process.

    Once the site has been reverted, you’ll then be able to close your WordPress.com username account if you prefer.
