  Hi there, I’d like to delete my account because I am still getting billed recurring charges. It won’t let me because it is giving me a ‘please contact support’ message.

  You may need to cancel your paid upgrades back to the basic plan by going to the Manage Purchases section in your account linked below:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Hi there,

  You currently cannot close your account because you have filed a chargeback with your bank against us for your payment, instead of contacting us for a refund. When you file a chargeback against us you are accusing us of fraud, which causes the funds to be frozen and your account to be locked. You can see more information here:
