I'd like to eliminate the "by" in my template

  I’d like to get rid of any “by” or “posted by” in my template, or at the very least put it at the bottom of the post, but can’t find a way to make that happen.

  It can’t be removed directly, but it can be hidden via CSS if you have a Custom Design upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
