I'd like to empty my blog
-
Hi WordPress,
I’d like to empty my blog of everything it has, but I still want to keep the site name and theme (as mentioned here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/)
Right now, it seems the email support is down, and I’d like to get this over and done with quickly so I don’t keep changing my mind!
Any help on this? Apparently there should be a “howdy, how can I help you?” message at the bottom right of the screen, though I don’t see it.
Thanks for your support, guys.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
Yes, the support link has been disabled.
The e-mail support form is currently closed. Instead of getting help here, you can get direct staff support via live chat. Any time the “Howdy, how can I help” message appears in the bottom right corner of the screen, a Happiness Engineer will be available to help you instantly.
E-mail support will reopen on Monday, April 20th.
If you are willing to wait rather than DIY http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, and you are prepared to wait then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar of this thread for Staff attention and post again to this thread to:
(1) confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty;
(2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible.IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

Thanks timethief,
I’ve put “modlock” in the tags, and I can confirm that
1) I want them to empty Sarcastination (my blog) which is: https://sarcastination.wordpress.com/
2) I acknowledge that this change is irreversible.I don’t understand how to get rid of SERP links from google search, but I really do want to. Please can I get more help on that?!
Thanks in advance

Deleting blogs and or their content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Thanks for the link, timethief. I’ve clicked it, but it all seems really complicated to me. I’ve googled webmaster tools, and it’s telling me that to verify my site I have to upload files to wordpress, which I don’t know how to do.
Sorry. I know this isn’t something you need to help me with. But I have no idea what I’m doing, I don’t want people to go onto my site when it’s practically down. Plus, I can’t tell if wordpress is blocking people’s access to the site if I’ve set it to private – which I have.
