I’d like to find the owner of an inactive WordPress site but there is no contact me page

  I’d love to buy a site that appears to be an inactive dummy blog page. I cannot see the owner unless it is WordPress directly? There is also no ‘contact me’ page.
  Are you able to help me please?

  Hi,

  WordPress.com doesn’t provide contact info for any of it’s users. What’s the site address? If there is no “Contact” page, you might try leaving a message on any page or post on the site, for example on an “About” page.

  The author of posts on the site can sometimes be found in post metadata, or elsewhere on a site. On a single author site, the author name and username might be the same, but even if the display name (aka nickname) is different than the username, the author’s post archives URL will include the username.
