I’d like to make a guide page

Hi guys. I’d like to know if it were possible to make a guide page.
For example the page would consist of many how-to guides. And a possible option with listing A-Z for an easier search. And possibly have all of them archived. Also be able to place a widget on my side bar that would show newest 5 guides and 5 most popular guides.
If the widget isn’t possible that’s fine I really just want to setup a guide section.

PS – bumping threads distorts the fabric of space and time and makes many of the unpaid volunteers that might help you cranky and is against Forum rules.
