Hi there,
What do you mean tag the title or featured image? Tags on WordPress.com are used for internal organisation of your site’s posts, and for searching for posts around a particular subject in the Reader. Only posts themselves can be tagged, and in a small number of themes, pages. Post titles and featured images cannot be tagged separately from the post itself.
Can you please provide more information on what exactly you’re trying to do?

Hi Kokkieh,
Thank you for your reply.
I would like to add “name tag” () to the title of the following post.
https://blog.ringthebell.shop/giftconcierge
Since I have another website and want to include the exact link without showing Top logo & Menu which forms more than half of the first view.Hope if I can explain better…
Looking forward to hearing from you. -

Hi, No I’m not.
I’d like to put a name Attribute to the title of my blog post.

Hi there,
As the HTML for the post title is automatically generated by your theme it’s not possible to add the HTML
nameattribute to the post title. The attribute itself is also not supported fora(links) by HTML5. You’ll find an updated list of supported attributes on the Mozilla Developer Network. If you could tell us a bit more about what you’re trying to accomplish maybe we can suggest an alternative.

Hi Bdukes,
Thank you for your answer.
Let me explain more about what I am trying to,The post is not a usual blog post, but a further information about my service, that link I need to include to my app.
And, I’d like to show a bigger amount of the information in the first view when you see it from a mobile phone.
Seeing the post from the mobile, the header of the blog (logo and menu) forms more than the half of the first view.
So, I think it’s better if it can be jumped to the blog title or featured image.Do you understand what I mean?
Sorry, I’m not familiar with web engineering nor HTML5.Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you so much for your cooperation.yuki

Hi Yuki,
And, I’d like to show a bigger amount of the information in the first view when you see it from a mobile phone.
Are you saying you would like visitors to see more of the content on mobile devices when viewing the homepage (so they don’t have to scroll down)?
So, I think it’s better if it can be jumped to the blog title or featured image.
It sounds like you are referring to a clickable link which takes visitors further down the page, is that correct?
If not, do you have a link to an example of what you want to do, in action on another site? Just so we can see exactly what your plans are.
Thanks!

Hi Yuki,
Great, that’s good to know. Your logo takes up most of the header space on mobile but the height can be reduced by pasting the following code in to My Sites > Customise > CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) { .logo { max-height: 120px !important; } }It won’t be possible to add a skip link further down the page but displaying a smaller logo will mean more of the first post is in view when someone visits the homepage.

Dear Gemmacevans,
Thank you so much for your support!
It worked!
It’s much better since the title of the post is set in the middle of the first view now.Thank you again,
