  Hi there,

  What domain do you want to redeem?

  If you’re speaking of littlefingersatwork.com, that domain expired on 6 August, and has been removed from your account, but at the moment does not appear to be in redemption yet, so we might still be able to get it back for you if we’re quick enough.

  I’m sending you a link via email to pay for the domain’s renewal. Once we receive your payment we can email our domain provider to restore the domain.

  If they reply to say the domain is indeed in redemption, then you will need to pay the $80 redemption fee as well, but hopefully that won’t be necessary.

  We’ve received your payment, and I’ve emailed our domain provider to restore the domain. We’ll let you know as soon as they reply, but that might only be on Monday.

  Hi… i have used the payment link and have paid for the domain. is there anything else that i should be doing from my end?
