  Hello there,

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  You need to contact your host ( Choopa in your case) to close your account since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
