  I’d like to delete my Whole website and Start it again from scratch using the same link for the website

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there, if you wish to start a fresh new site and keeping your current site address, you may do so by clicking Settings at the left side of the Dashboard, scroll all the way down until you see Delete your content.

  This option will allow you to keep your site’s address and currently activated theme but will remove all posts, pages, and media for you to start fresh.

  Or, you could do it in a manual way by following the instruction in the article below.

  I just wanted to mention that deleting a site permanently removes the address so it’s best to avoid doing this if you want to use alyhegazy99.wordpress.com in the future. As staff-zara mentioned, emptying the content will give you a fresh start without losing that address:
