I'd like to use a plugin. Is it possible to install plugins?

  I’ve watched a few tutorials and they are all saying, that I have to go the menu ‘plugins’ but I haven’t got that menu. Isn’t it possible to use plugins anymore in the free version?

  The tutorials you are watching do not to wordpress.COM hosted blogs.They apply to wordpress.ORG software installs only.

  You are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org software installs.

  There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability. There never has been Blogger installed plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons. No upgrade changes that reality. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
