  WP not recognizing my ID or my email. The ID and email in this link is incorrect. I can’t get into my own website.

  If you’re referring to constancehood.com, then that site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Hostgator. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
