I'd want to start a new blog

  My blog was shut down sometime ago for Violation of terms, I’d like to start a new one but cannot.

  Hi Angeline,

  Are you trying to use the same name as your previous blog? If so, please see this page:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  Once a blog has been shutdown, the name cannot be re-used.

  If you’re not trying to use the same name, do you have any extra detail that could help in figuring out why you’re not able to start a new blog?

  I am not able to change the url of the blog says the following message: This tool is temporary disabled. Check back soon.
  Please I need instructions need to change the url of my blog

  Hi,

  Perhaps try starting a forum post for this issue specifically? This is in order to stay on topic in regards to the original post. The tool might be “under construction” by WordPress staff, you could try to give it some time and try it again at a later time. If it still doesn’t work, feel free to start a new post here in the forums.
