Ideas on how to achieve this?

I’m trying to find the right plugins or combination of plugins to do the following:
The idea behind this is where a supervisor can add tasks and information for a specific employee. I’m not giving the supervisors access to the actual WordPress controls and would like to have the following all inside the website.
When the supervisor logs into the website, he will be directed to a private area of the website just for him. From there, he will have several pages to select from that will each pertain to one of his employees That page will have some areas that he could edit and change.
When an employee logs in, they will be directed to their specified supervisor’s private page. They will be able to comment on certain elements within the page as well.
Since this will have confidential information between the supervisor and employee I need all instances to be separate and only between the supervisor and the employee.
The supervisors each have multiple employees.
Anyone know of any plugins that might have this functionality?

I forgot to add that many of these supervisors are not in the same area as their employees. I would love to add a peer to peer video chat on the private page as well.
