Ideation and Intent theme – more photos visible on the home page

    Using the theme Ideation and Intent, how can I get the photo portion on the home page to show more than a few images?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    A custom Images sidebar has been built into Ideation & Intent. This sidebar will display images from the latest 10 posts that have image attachments. Up to 8 images will be displayed for each post and each image links directly to the post it is attached to.

    Also note that every embed and image you choose to display on the front page of the blog slows page loading time down. That means some folks may simply click out rather than waiting. Here’s a speed test result on your site as it is now: “Your website is faster than 53% of all tested websites”and that isn’t good IMHO.

    These are the ways to reduce page loading time:

    1. Edit posts and insert “the more tag” so only excerpts appear on the front page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

    2. Reduce the number of posts appearing on the front page here > Settings > Reading
    Blog pages show at most _ posts

    3. Reduce the number of images and or media embeds displayed and/or make them smaller.

    4. Reduce the number of widgets in the sidebar and footer areas.
