Identical code doesn't work on my new site

  I am redesigning my web site using WordPress with a new Mysitemyway theme. I copied ans pasted the code and content from one site the other, but all the line breaks were removed. I managed to put them back by inserting the <br / code on each line. However I have poems with lots of breaks and it takes forever. I have read many people leave had problems of line break removal, but I cannot understand why I cannot reproduce pages that I have already designed (same version of WordPress).

  Neither of those are WordPress.com blogs You need to register at the WordPress.ORG forums for help with those.
