Identicon not available in some dimensions

  We have a site where we use identicons from Gravatar.
  Certain identicons do not work for some dimensions.
  URLs are the same except dimensions: s=94 instead of s=96
  94 pix is not showing (error 503) and 96 pix is showing.
  For most identicons there is no problem.

  Any idea?
