  Hi,
  I have been added to a new site, however i can only see my old site !!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you’ve been added to a site. You can find all the sites linked to the current account on this page –
  https://wordpress.com/sites

  And by current account I mean the account in which you’re logged in presently.

  If you don’t find the site in the list of sites (link above) then you probably need to log in to another account (if you have multiple accounts).
