Identifying visitors to my blog

  I am conscious of a stats tracking system available in wordpress. However, what do I do if I need to identify people who are visiting my blog? In a sense..if the visitor is a wordpress blogger, is there any thing which gives the indication that so and so wordpress user has visited my blog?
