Identity of the blogger.

Good morning,
How can I request the discovery of the identity of the blogger using your platform, who created a defamatory statement about the third person?
There is no email address that I can contact you at, and therefore, I cannot even request the cancellation of the above-mentioned post.
Please provide me with the proper email address which I can contact, in order to identify the tortfeasor.
