Anyone can add any website to their Gravatar profile. There is no verification if someone owns a particular site if they add it to their profile.
This is not identity theft, which is when someone else uses your personal details to impersonate you with the aim of committing fraud. By listing your website in their profile they are at most taking credit for something they didn’t create, which is poor form but not illegal.
Looking at their profile description and the other sites they have listed there it rather appears that they listed your site as one that might be relevant to people who follow the other sites in their profile. So this isn’t even stealing your content, but promoting it from what I can see.
If you have a problem with them listing your site in their profile I suggest you contact them via the contact details that are publicly available in their profile and ask them to please remove it. But we don’t remove any information from Gravatar profiles unless there is a clear violation of our terms.
If you feel there is a violation of our terms, please report it using the link appearing at the bottom of that profile, as that is not something we can help with in the forums.

Thanks … I have reported this person … and how can I block such person in futur?! I dislike if person claimd to be me … ok … sorry my english is a catastroph … and when I am angry it is horrible

What do you mean by block? There is no way to prevent someone from viewing or linking to your site if your site is public. There also isn’t any way to prevent someone from seeing your public Gravatar profile.

I can not block user I disklike or user who claimed to be the owner or manager from my wordpressblog … A Person, where is reported in different Anti-Scammer-Blogs … I have to accept thisl … no matter if this person is a Scammer or a criminal Person … wow … nice …
