You mentioned that you would like to upload an image to your username. The image linked to your username is your Gravatar, and there are a couple ways to upload a new image for that.
One way is from your public profile settings here:
https://wordpress.com/settings/public-profile/
In the “My Profile Photo and Sites” section, next to “Profile Photo,” you’ll see a link that says “Edit Photo.” Clicking on that link will take you to the Gravatar page where you can upload a new photo.
If you run into any trouble with that, please let me know what steps you took and where you got stuck and I’ll be happy to help further. :)

hiw do i log out and log back in as angelteuton …
i only want to upload the angelteuton foto ..
the briderickcrawford foto is ok as is Sent from my iPad

The reply you just posted was from angelteuton, which means you’re logged in to the right account. You can upload that photo from your public profile settings here:

If you are replying via email, our forum software isn’t able to include screenshots that you attach to your email. You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.
If you need to log out of one WordPress.com account and log in to another, you can tap the icon in the upper right at https://wordpress.com/ and then select “Sign Out” on the drop-down menu that appears.

how do i get in to the Dashboard ?

I see that you successfully uploaded a Gravatar. You can check that by entering your email address here:
http://gravatar.com/site/check
If you still need to get to your blog’s dashboard, you can do that from your My Blogs page.

i do not know if it is possible for you to do so but if you go into my dashboard i believe that following your instructions i have (possibly!) successfully uploaded the foto to appear with my username ….
i have just now posted three screenshots of most recent actions following your guidance .
From these do you conclude I have uploaded my foto /avatar whatever to appear in future with my username on third party blogs !??
