    Hello, I’m trying to add a featured listing widget on my homepage, but it’s not displaying on my dcmaisons site. I did it the same way on my other website and it’s working fine

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there – I see the Featured Properties area on your home page at maisonrzk.com – and there are around 6 properties listed there.

    I checked your site at dcmaisons.com and I see the same area, but, as you have said, no listings are appearing there.

    It looks like both of these sites are using the custom OceanWP theme, Elementor Pro, and IDX Broker to create the layout, animations, and widget listings on the home page. The difficulty for us is that we aren’t the creators of these, so we’re unable to provide direct support for them, which you will need.

    Based on my research, I see two avenues to take to the get the help you need:

    First, check with IDX support to see if they can help you. I found what I think may be their support area where you can open a ticket.

    Second, it’s also possible this is related to Elementor. For that you would need to go to Elementor support to open a ticket and get help from their support team. .
