IDX Issue for Client Site

  Hi,

  I’m assisting one of my client’s teammates. She is having problems with her IDX. Her real estate association is also saying that her site is inactive so they can’t check compliance.

  Hi. As I can see, the site is not hosted at WordPress.com. If they’re using WordPress’ open source software (WordPress.org), tell her to visit this forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separated entities. In this forum we can help only with problems related to WP.com.
  She can also reach out to their host for help.
