    Hello there!

I took a look at your site in the most updated version of IE. I see no overlapping whatsoever. If you feel this comment isn’t spam, and you want to follow up with the commenter, you can ask them to send you a screenshot of the error as they see it.

You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

The page at the following link has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:

    Take a Screenshot

Just let me know when there’s something I should look at.

Also, if this is indeed a valid issue, you may want this person to contact us directly. It sounds as if they could be having a problem with their settings/versions. We would need to assist him/her directly.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

Thanks so much for your prompt reply. Afraid I can’t do anything more about this as I inadvertently binned the comment together with one that was spam! Am feeling a bit bad since if she was genuine, which I think she was, I didn’t acknowledge the fact that she let me know she had a problem……. Nothing more I can do about it now. Thanks for your help.
