.ie Domain Name

  Hi :)

  We’ve been trying for the last few days to map our domain name to our wordpress account to no avail. It keeps saying “Sorry but thebuzz.ie has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.” We have changed the name servers to wordpress servers and followed every instruction in the wordpress support FAQs but it still isn’t working.

  I have an email from the Irish government stating that this domain is registered.

  Any help would be greatly received as the website is launching on Wednesday.

  Hi there. According to the WhoIs data on your domain its name servers are not pointing to WordPress.com. See: http://www.whoishostingthis.com/?q=thebuzz.ie

  Can you please double-check that with your registrar.

  I’ll also tag this for staff to follow up, as I’ve seen several people struggling with .ie domains this past week. Please be patient while waiting for their response.
