I have blogs on wordpress, and I use pngs images, can you add a “hack” for PNG fix?

From the number and variety of questions you’ve asked, I’m thinking that WordPress.com might not be the best solution for you. You might want to look at getting independent hosting: you can check out the various options at WordPress.org, which DOES allow everything you’ve asked.

Oh I don’t know. Sorry. I just notice how sometimes I upload png images and it’s a heavy file. So I take it to Paint and Save As as a jpeg file. I found this on Google if it helps.

Is there a specific reason you are using .Png images at wordpress.?
Otherwise psbabylon is correct… you’ll use all you a lotted uploaded memory quickly and yes users of some older browsers may have problems seeing the image correctly. -
Image transparency, as I remember has never been supported at wordpress.com, so I doubt WP is going to include a fix for something they do not support.
