IE8 Sidebar and footer issue

    Hi, I have a relatively new blog which can be found at http://www.highimpact-seo.co.uk/seo-blog/

    The blog displays fine in firefox, but when I view it in IE8 there is problem, the footer is displayed near the top of the page and the sidebar is underneath the article. I have made minor changes to the css style sheet, but only the link styles.

    I have also tried using a different theme (without a modified css style sheet) but the problem remained.

    Anybody have any ideas about how I can fix this issue?
