If 'happiness engineers' truly exist, how do you contact them?

  Can’t resolve problem through public forum. ‘Ask happiness engineers’ routes back to the public forum. Is there actual support and how does one contact them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are tens of thousands of use bloggers. Maybe there are even hundreds of thousands and only 330 Staff, not all of who who are on Support as Happiness Engineers.
