  if i bought my domain via wordpress.com, is it hosted by wordpress.com? how would I find this out on my dashboard? thanks

  Hi!

  If you purchase a domain at WordPress.com, it’s pointed to WordPress.com by default (so we would be your host as well). However, you can point a domain registered at WordPress.com to whatever hosting service you want by following the steps here to change the name servers:
