  Does the site become ad free, or is that a separate feature? I ask because most hosts would include the ad free with the domain name. Thanks for the help

  If you are hosted here at wordpress.COM, please provide a link to your blog. And consider linking it in your user name as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forums.

  No, the site isn’t exactly ad free.

  The link explains that from time to time, ads could be placed on your blog. To eliminate the possibility, you can purchase an ad-free upgrade. I have considered purchasing this upgrade, but I have yet to see ads on my blog.
