If I buy a plan, can I write two blogs with two custom domains?

Im already having my own blog with custom hosting service with wordpress.org with my own domain.
I would like to start second blog, Im thinking about buying a plan from wordpress.com, but my question is: can I create two custom blogs with custom domains using one plan, or will I need to buy 2 plans – one for each blog?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, it’s one plan per site. Two sites would need two plans if both required custom domains. Free sites are available however if you settle for a .blog or .wordpress subdomain

How can I make free .blog site? Did you mean I get first year free if I buy plan and go with .blog?

Oh now I understand. Its free sub-domain .blog, not domain.
So I could transfer my whole blgo to wordpress.com and then make free subdomain.
