If I buy my own domain do I still need to upgrade for "more space"?

  if I buy my own domain do I need to upgrade for space?
  I cannot upload anymore pics, I have been considering buying my own domain but will I still need to pay for more space? or will I automatically have more space with my own domain?

  Every upgrade applies only exactly to what it says. With your own domain, you have your own domain. You still have all the other restrictions of Wp.com.

  I’ve been blogging here for six years and uploading multiple pictures a day and I haven’t come close to using half my webspace. Clearly you should be optimizing your images for the web rather than uploading files so large.
