  If I buy the options “Custom Design” (30$) and “Unlimited Premium Themes” (120$) for one year only, does it mean that my blog will loose his appearance (fonts, colors, background) il I don’t renew these options the next year? Thank you!

  I’m not sure how premium themes work, but your CSS changes, though they won’t be visible on the site, will be retained if you do not renew the upgrade.
