If I change the title does the link change?

1) If I change the title of my article,does the link change? If someone posted the old link…will they get an error?
2) I know I have too many categories. When I edit they show up in the “edit area” on SOME of my articles.
3) Can you kindly tell me again, how to change the date of the posting of blog and the name of the author?

The link is as follows..
If I change the title, wont the URL address also change..For example if I make it “wind farms” instead of “wind-energy-project-aedb-contacts-denmark-lab-for-data-validation”

Not if you just change the title after you have posted the article.
If you change the actual post slug, which you see where you write your articles – it’s located towards the bottom right hand side – that is where you would intentionally change the link. The choice is yours.
If you don’t change it at the post slug your link URL will will not change.
If you only change the Title right at the top of your Blog Post, your link URL will not change.
Hopefully someone else will see this thread and can be clearer than I can :)
